Hotel Twelve

I am disappointed because I booked a double room with a big bed and instead of that I got 2 single beds side by side, moreover the strength of the water in the shower was very weak, I will not book neither with this hotel, nor the site. Too bad the setting was nice.

The tops: bedding, reception, breakfast The flops: for a week, the tub hasn't been cleaned, nor the towels changed, no soundproof

Room and bathroom clean. Walls a bit thin. So-so breakfast. Nice staff. Not far from the subway! Quiet neighborhood.

Crummy bathroom with molding stains on the walls, a very disturbing smell in the room. The room didn't match at all the one on the site. We benefited from an internet discount, I wonder if it influenced the room we got. We were very disappointed and will not come back to this hotel, not deserving its 2 stars.

I was quite disappointed by the services; there nothing to add on the cleanliness and the bedding quality but it has been impossible for us to sleep because of noise in the neighborhood and the uncivil behavior of clients of the hotel. Also, I noted that some information (I found mandatory) about the room rates and the emergency exits were not available in the rooms. Another detail, we had to ask for glasses or cups that should be in the bathrooms. Despite the kindness, the efforts and the goodwill gesture of the people at the reception desk, we will not keep a fond memory of this hotel
