New mattress but old bed base, no under sheet and no under pillow case, the fitted sheet is also the bolster case.
Not sure of the cleanliness of the floors and the walls, spider webs and dust everywhere!

Bathroom really not great, no door for the shower therefore there is water splashing all over. The decor (I'm talking about the tiles, paint, etc) was rushed. On the other hand, the staff is very kind. marc b. (France-Rhone Alpes)
