Nearby metro lines can directly bring you to all the main tourist attractions of Paris. You will be welcomed by a caring and smiling staff, so you can have a very pleasant stay. The rooms, very quiet and comfortable, are tastefully decorated. All the rooms are carpeted, have nice and colorful curtains, a TV set, and a phone. The bathrooms have been completely redone for maximum comfort. In a very quiet street, yet very central, Hotel L'Annexe is the perfect place to stay in Paris. Each room has insulated glazing, for good thermal and acoustic insulation. Hotel L'Annexe is located in a small one-way street, half closed on one side. There is very little traffic, even during the day - there will be no engine noises waking you up or harming your sleep at night. One third of the rooms looks out onto a private courtyard, on the other side of the building. Every room is equipped with the following features :

In my stay, the hotel was under heavy renovation so...it was a little smelly and sometimes noisy but not during the night or early in the morning. eric g. (France-Aquitaine)

Minimum services. Clean bathroom but not even one shelf to put the toothbrush. Tiny room, like a piece of a hallway, no table nor chair to work. Internet speed as fast as in the 90's. TV screen hidden by the wardrobe, impossible to see it from the bed. Marcele S. (France-Lorraine)

The hotel was clean, but I still had an allergy. The room was comfortable and quite pretty, but way too small!! (I was in the single room). The hotel is nicely located compared to the metro and the train station (Gare du Nord and gare de l'Est) but the cab couldn't find the street on the GPS! The reception is in the hotel next door and the internet only works in the breakfast room. The girl at the reception was nice, I liked the responsiveness. The hotel has a few issues, but it is not too expensive, so it's OK daniel G. (France-Nord Pas de Calais)

Tiny bathroom smelling like the sewer, shower head leaking, problem with the flush, shower not accessible for overweight people or having difficulties to move because it is small and not properly organized. Molding in the shower. Can't close properly the window in the room, nonadjustable heater we had to sleep with the window open in February. The reception is located in the next door hotel, very welcoming and obliging staff. Tiny rooms but it was enough for us. Downside: very thin walls, we can hear everything going on in the hallway and the rooms next door. Arnaud E. (France-Franche Comté)

Check in at 3.30 PM and the room was not yet ready.
The cleaning lady left the window open and I came back at 1 AM... It was freezing cold !!!
Otherwise, the rest was great with excellent breakfasts !!!
