2/10 for the cleanliness because there are big stains on the carpet in the rooms ; 3/10 for comfort as the water to get a shower at night was barely warm ; 2/10 for the location because the room was on the street side and almost no soundproof, so we were up all night because of the wind blowing under the store, bench outside banging : so 3/10 concerning the value for money with a hairdryer patched with tape and when we went to see the staff for the hot water trouble they said we have to live with it!!! It's a lot for one hotel pretending to have 3 stars... francois h. (France-Lorraine)

Comfort, I only give a 4, because I had to have a cold shower in the morning, not even warm as there was no hot water. Thankfully I did have a hot bath in the evening.
Good value for money as I paid 55 euros for a night instead of the 119 euros written behind the door, otherwise I would only have put a 4.

Note that I had the internet rate of 55€ a night + 10€ for breakfast.
This explains my feedback about the value for money. For the public price (139€ the night) my review would not have been as good!
Overall, the hotel is all right, but is getting quaint and that is starting to show...
Room and bathroom outdated, the joints with the bathroom furniture are black, the floor of the room wasn't flat, the bed is leaning a bit... the towels didn't smell like washing soap... Flat screen in the room but too small.
No fridge in the room
No wifi in the room, we had to be in the lounge to use it.
Positive side:
On the ground floor, the lounge and the restaurant are comfortable, the breakfast buffet is generous, the terrace is pleasant.
There is parking lot for our car.
Important note: The room we stayed in was quiet, even on the street side and the staff at the reception was very nice. MARIE T. (France-Ile de France)

Plumbing problem (shower, hot water). The airtightness of the windows needs to be corrected. These reviews reflect the opinion of people who stayed at the hotel after booking their stays on hotelaparis.com and who accepted to answer a feedback questionnaire.
