After a few years and 100 million euros, the Bristol is seeing the end of the renovation work and opens its doors onto a contemporary luxury. This 5 star facility located on the Faubourg Saint Honoré has 2 extra suites, a gastronomic restaurant in a new decor and a state of the art spa for a high level relaxation.

The luxury tradition of this hotel is mixing today with modernity thanks to the renovation work that started in 2009. Through the changes, the decorator Maja Oetker put her delicate, simple and modern touch into the hotel known for its luxurious yet ornate decor. The Bristol now has 2 more suites. Simpler, not as flowery and basically more modern, the Imperial Suite with 3450 sq. feet and the Lune de Miel (Honey moon) Suite with 1900 sq. feet mix in a smart way antique Louis XVI style furniture with design couches. The white marble bathrooms were also renovated and are about 250 sq. feet wide.

On a well-being and relaxation side, the La Prairie Spa has been renovated to offer a unique experience to the clients of the hotel. With 8 new treatment rooms, a hair salon and a fitness center, La Prairie is dedicated to relaxation. To add a little extra something, upscale products are available as well as soft or more energetic and invigorating cares.

Finally, the renovation work tour ends at the new gastronomic restaurant, l’Epicure. On A powerhouse team manages the restaurant: the chef Eric Frechon with its 3 stars on the Michelin guide, the pastry chef Laurent Jeannin (awarded best pastry chef of 2011), the sommelier Marco Pelletier and the Meilleur Ouvrier de France (best artisan of France) for maître d’, Thierry Jacques as manager of the hotel. The 13000 sq. feet garden also has been renovated to be put into the light. Therefore, this is in a sober and younger looking setting thought by Maja Oetker that clients will be able to enjoy their meals: beige Italian marble, Delisle chandeliers, Frey curtains… Everything has been thought to sublimate the delicate cuisine.

At the 112 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré (Paris, 8th arrondissement), the Bristol is over with the stylish renovation work. The Lune de Miel and Imperial Suites, the La Prairie spa and the l’Epicure gastronomical restaurant are working with modernity in a luxurious facility from the Parisian palaces traditions.
