The Hotel du Cadran, 3-star hotel near the Champs de Mars, has completed its renovations with the opening of the 1st parisian hotel chocolate bar.

The pastry chef / chocolatier Christophe Roussel combined all his skills to the hotel for the dial to offer a wide variety of chocolates and macaroons where the brightest colors combine with the tastes of the most unexpected.
